SHIPPING COSTS MAY INCREASE DEPENDING ON WEIGHT, VOLUME, POSTAL CODE, AND SHIPPING METHOD. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED USING USPS OR UPS SHIPPING. ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. REMOTE AREAS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR DELIVERY.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS (NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS). ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAY MONDAYS WILL BEGIN PROCESSING ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES VARY BASED ON PACKAGE WEIGHT AND DISTANCE. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND 5 - 20 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY, DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND CARRIER SELECTION. CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES MAY APPLY TO SOME INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. THESE FEES FLUCTUATE BY COUNTRY AND BY ORDER VALUE, AND WE HAVE NO INFLUENCE OR CONTROL OVER THEM. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS AND / OR IMPORT FEES. BY LAW, WE CANNOT LOWER THE INVOICE VALUE OR SEND THE ORDER AS A GIFT.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION / LOST PACKAGES

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES DELIVERED INCORRECTLY OR LOST DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REDELIVERY COST. IF FOR ANY REASON THE REDELIVERY FEE IS WAIVED, THE LOWEST PRICED SHIPPING OPTION WILL BE SELECTED WHICH MAY NOT INCLUDE PACKAGE TRACKING.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY.

YOU’LL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A CARRIER SERVICE THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER WAS SELECTED AT CHECKOUT BY THE CUSTOMER (ie. First Class Mail). PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER TO BECOME ACTIVE. IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER 2 PM PST ON A FRIDAY, PLEASE ALLOW UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY FOR TRACKING TO BECOME AVAILABLE.

RETURNS:

IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED AND IN UNUSABLE CONDITION, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED (DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY). DAMAGE DONE AFTER RECEIVING AN ITEM WILL NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED. IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND DUE TO A DEFECT, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DAYS TO PROCESS AND POST THIS TRANSACTION TO YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE INFORMATION FROM US (TYPICALLY 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS). ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
